DELIVERIES AND RETURNS

SHIPPING

At BULLS, we normally ship all orders within 48 hours after your order have been placed.

Bicycles are shipped, calibrated and 99% assembled.That 1% left is really easy to do and should be done by following the assembling instructions shipped with your bike.

We make sure we ship your bicycle in the best and safest possible way. For that, we pack your BULLS in our own BULLS BIKEBOX, which is designed to deliver your bike protected from impacts and punctures. We also offer your one of the best shipping rates in the market thanks to our alliance with FEDEX.

Tracking information is sent at the time of shipment. Most orders placed before 12:00 Noon PST ship the following business day, orders shipping from our Los Angeles warehouse take an additional day to process.

Please note that we ship either through FedEx, UPS, or USPS depending on what you're ordering.

 

RETURNS

"We stand behind everything we sell. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item within 15 days of delivery and we'll replace it or give you a refund."

For all return and claim issues, please contact us by at 1-844-44BULLS or email at contact@bullsbikesusa.com. A Return Merchandise Authorization form will be provided to proceed with the return process and a FedEx return label will be provided to you to send the merchandise back to BULLS BIKES USA.

All merchandise can be returned within 15 days of its delivery. The returned should come unused and in its original packaging, which includes any box and/or tags that the product came with. Upon the return of the merchandise, the customer service team will examine the condition of the returned merchandise. If it is in new condition, a full refund will be received (less shipping cost). If it is scratched or damaged, a partial refund will be received based on the market value of the returned bike or gear (less shipping cost).

Please allow 2 to 5 working days to process the refund upon receiving the returned merchandise.

Please note that USED merchandise cannot be returned.
